What to expect
We will start with a lifestyle audit to shape your personalised plan - a chat to discus: goals, habits, strengths, weakness', previous barriers or injuries, current diet etc and most importantly your goals.
I will then create a results-focused online personal training program to help you achieve the specified goals.
We will catch up weekly to discuss your weeks with a check-in.
